About Us...
Westcombe Employment Service teams support people with a wide range of disabilities in either finding work within westcombe itself or by providing the necessary support to facilitate employment in an external company. Our teams provide expert guidance and practical support for both employer and employees. We have been supporting the recruitment, training and employment of disabled people for over 32 years. We work in partnership with Jobcentre Plus and local employers to find and deliver job opportunities under three programmes: WORKSTEP, NEW DEAL and WORK PREPARATION. These services are delivered at no cost to indivduals or employers.
